🚫 Important Return & Conditions
Labor Costs: We do not cover any labor charges related to the installation, removal, or testing of parts under any circumstances.
Return Eligibility: Items that have been modified, opened, or tampered with in any way will not qualify for return.
Part Verification: All returned parts must exactly match the item originally shipped. For quality control, each part is marked for identification. Returns will be declined if these markings are missing or if the part’s condition has been altered unless our team confirms the damage occurred during shipping.
Filing a Claim: To ensure proper documentation and processing, all return requests or product concerns must be submitted in writing, either by email or standard mail.
🚚 Damaged or Defective Parts
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery by calling +1 (407) 589-5750 or visiting usedabs.com to report the issue.
If your package arrives with visible damage, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately for further assistance.
Important: Do not send any item back without first obtaining a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
🔄 Return Instructions
After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the item must be shipped back to us within 7 business days, along with a valid tracking number for reference.
All returns must be sent to the exact address provided in your RMA instructions. Shipments sent to any other location may be refused.
Please note, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💰 Refunds & Replacements
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will either process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement part based on your preference.
All authorized returns are forwarded to our Accounting Team for quick and efficient processing.
📦 Restocking & Cancellation Fees
If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery or if the customer does not respond to delivery attempts, a 25% restocking fee will apply, in addition to charges for both the original and return shipping.
For orders canceled after processing but without a replacement part requested, we reserve the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee as well as any shipping expenses incurred from the total refund amount.
