At usedabs.com, we strive to make your ordering and delivery process simple, transparent, and dependable. Before finalizing your purchase, we encourage you to review our shipping guidelines and approval process.
🔍 Part Verification & Approval
Once your order is submitted and payment is confirmed, our certified team will inspect the part to ensure availability, quality, and readiness for shipment.
We will then provide you with actual photos of the part after it has been removed from the donor vehicle.
You’ll have up to 2 business days to review the images and give your approval.
Important: The photo approval window remains open for a total of 7 business days from the date your order was placed.
After we receive your approval, your part will be carefully packaged and shipped within 5 business days.
🚚 Shipping & Tracking Information
We will email your tracking number and shipping details within 2 business days of your order leaving our facility.
📦 Shipping Guidelines
Smaller items, such as sensors or modules, will be shipped directly to the billing address provided at checkout.
Larger components, including engines and transmissions, require delivery to a verified commercial address only.
To schedule delivery for large parts, please provide the following details:
Complete business name and address
Contact information for the person receiving the delivery (full name, phone number, and email)
Permission for our team to communicate directly with your designated contact, if necessary
⚠️ Important: If special equipment, such as a forklift, is needed to unload the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide it or cover any additional costs.
📦 Upon Delivery
- Be sure to carefully inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.
- If you spot any visible damage, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and keep a copy for your records.
- If the part appears to be damaged, do not discard the original packaging it must be kept to process any shipping-related damage claims.
